We are a Foundation that brings together professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds who are united by one idea: to assist women in the Netherlands in taking proactive steps to improve their quality of life and prepare for job coaching.

Personal Leadership and Talent Development
How to feel confident and find self-balance in a new country? How to develop self-management skills, learn to work in a team, improve communication skills, and be ready for job opportunities?

In the course of 3-4 months, we will provide 6 workshops (each lasting 3 hours) and 5 webinars (each lasting 1 hour), in a small group setting with a maximum of 10 participants.

- Workshop 1: Group Introduction and Theme SettingIn our kickoff session, we introduce the program and explain "House Rules".
We explore the fundamentals of the Theme-Centered Interaction method and choose a central theme for the course.
We have a practical exercise and a homework assignment. - Workshop 2: Cultures, Skills, and TalentsOur focus is on cultural differences and role models.
We dive into cultural aspects of job applications, identify competencies, talents and unique skills of participants.
Start working on the CV's. - Workshop 3: Personal Development PlanIn this lesson we continue to work on the individual presentation of competencies and uncover the theory and application of Personal Development Plans.
- Workshop 4: Personal Profile and PitchIn this lesson we are joined by a special guest, either a job coach or a recruiter. Be prepared for intensive practice interviews that closely simulate real-life conditions.
- Workshop 5: Mastering Pitches and NetworkingWe perfect presentations for actual job openings and receive valuable feedback.
A guest speaker will share ideas on effective networking. - Workshop 6: Wrapping Up and CertificateParticipate in a feedback session where you can discuss your experiences with fellow students and guests. Upon successfully finishing the entire course and completing all homework assignments, you will be awarded a certificate.

These interviews aren't complicated; they're about gaining a deeper understanding of the unique needs, aspirations, and motivations of our students. Plus, these interviews help us create groups where people can work together and share their goals.

Our workshops are designed for motivated women with diverse cultural backgrounds who are seeking employment opportunities that align with their ambitions and education.

These are interactive sessions held in small groups (8-10 people), each lasting 3 hours. We prefer in-person meetings as offline communication is very important for the process.
Currently, we offer 6 workshops and 5 webinars courses. Participants receive practical assignments completed during the workshop in groups, as well as homework, which is done in collaboration with another course participant.
Online classes are also available by arrangement with the group.

The workshops take place at a convenient time for participants by arrangement and are also available on weekend mornings, specifically on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

We request a nominal fee of €10 per workshop from participants, the webinars are free.
