We are a Foundation that brings together professionals with diverse cultural backgrounds who are united by one idea: to assist women in the Netherlands in taking proactive steps to improve their quality of life and prepare for job coaching.

Personal Leadership and Talent Development

How to feel confident and find self-balance in a new country? How to develop self-management skills, learn to work in a team, improve communication skills, and be ready for job opportunities?

We can assist you through our Masterclass Personal Leadership and Talent Development.
In the course of 3-4 months, we will provide 6 workshops (each lasting 3 hours) and 5 webinars (each lasting 1 hour), in a small group setting with a maximum of 10 participants.

Our new program will start in April-May as soon as the group is formed.

  • Workshop 1: Group Introduction and Theme Setting

    In our kickoff session, we introduce the program and explain "House Rules".
    We explore the fundamentals of the Theme-Centered Interaction method and choose a central theme for the course.
    We have a practical exercise and a homework assignment.
  • Workshop 2: Cultures, Skills, and Talents

    Our focus is on cultural differences and role models.
    We dive into cultural aspects of job applications, identify competencies, talents and unique skills of participants.
    Start working on the CV's.
  • Workshop 3: Personal Development Plan

    In this lesson we continue to work on the individual presentation of competencies and uncover the theory and application of Personal Development Plans.
  • Workshop 4: Personal Profile and Pitch

    In this lesson we are joined by a special guest, either a job coach or a recruiter. Be prepared for intensive practice interviews that closely simulate real-life conditions.
  • Workshop 5: Mastering Pitches and Networking

    We perfect presentations for actual job openings and receive valuable feedback.
    A guest speaker will share ideas on effective networking.
  • Workshop 6: Wrapping Up and Certificate

    Participate in a feedback session where you can discuss your experiences with fellow students and guests. Upon successfully finishing the entire course and completing all homework assignments, you will be awarded a certificate.

Second step: intake interview
These interviews aren't complicated; they're about gaining a deeper understanding of the unique needs, aspirations, and motivations of our students. Plus, these interviews help us create groups where people can work together and share their goals.

The intake interview can be done online or in person.
